Help for first time inventors

A new free e-guide is now available to help first-time inventors get from concept to polished product. Fighting theft

ACID (Anti Copying in Design) is a membership trade organisation set up by designers for designers, to combat the growing threat of plagiarism in the design and creative industries.

Plain Space

A major exhibition of the work of John Pawson is now showing at the Design Museum. Described as the “father of modern architectural minimalism” Pawson is known for the grace and visual clarity of his designs. Plain Space celebrates Pawson’s career to date and includes a site-specific, full-sized installation designed by Pawson to offer a direct experience of his work – the first such installation at the museum. Designers in Winchester and Petersfield

The South Coast Design Forum is considering opening up local branches in Winchester and Petersfield.

An informal get together is being organized at The Five Bells in Buriton, just south of Petersfield on Friday 15th October from 12.30pm to consider local options. Email cris@leapingcow.com for details.
